Contract Requirements for Therapy
This guide will help users understand therapy requirements as defined by the payer contract. Below are a few examples.
Requirements include a maximum and a minimum requirement
The resident must receive at least 60 minutes/day, but no more than 120 minutes/day. For the week, the resident must receive at least 300 minutes, but no more than 600. They can be treated no more than 5 days per week.

Requirements include a minimum with no maximum
The resident must receive at least 90 minutes/day (with no maximum), and at least 270 minutes/week (with no maximum). They must be treated at least 3 days/week, but can be treated more days if needed.

Requirements include number of days minimum
The resident is allow to receive no more than 89 minutes/day, and less than 623 minutes/week. They must be treated at least 3 days/week, but can be treated more days if needed.

Requirements include number of days minimum and maximum
The resident must receive at least 30 minutes/day, but no more than 60 minutes/day. For the week, they must receive at least 90 minutes, but no more than 150 minutes. They must be treated at least 3 days/week, but no more than 5 days/week.
