Files (Pre - Admission)

The Files tile allows users to upload documents directly from their computer and attach them to a referral’s Pre-Admission record in MCM. These files are accessible to all users with appropriate permissions to view the Files tile.

💡 Any Files uploaded in the Pre-Admission section will pull over into the Admission section once the resident is admitted to the facility.

Certain file types (such as PDF, PNG, and JPG) can also be used to generate forms through the patient review workflows, enabling the creation of payer-ready packets. For more details, see the Patient Update / Managed Care Meeting documentation.
