Contract Facility Review
The Contract Facility Review report provides two tables of payer contract information that are assigned to facilities. The report is exportable to Excel.
Contract Assigned to Facilities
The first tab of the report displays the contract name, payer name, line of business, facility, contract effective date, and the number of residents currently assigned to that contract/line of business.
BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois Commercial is assigned to all three facilities and each facility is contracted with BlueCross BlueShield Commercial starting 4/15/2019. Facility 1 has 15 residents currently assigned. Facility 9 has 1 resident currently assigned. Facility 10 has no residents assigned.
CCH Cigna is only assigned to Facility 1 starting 9/1/2021 and 1 resident is currently assigned. Because there are no effective dates listed for Facility 9 and Facility 10, they are not contracted.
Number of Contracts Assigned to IVFs
The second tab of the report displays the total number of contracts assigned to residents at a specific facility and the total for all facilities.
