Verify A/D (Report)
The Verify A/D report assists with tracking admissions and discharge dates for residents in MCM.
This report works in correlation to the Verify A/D tile in Admissions, and will be able to filter to only show Managed Care Only residents.
Region | Select which regions to include or All |
Facility | Select which facilities to include or All |
Time Period | Preset time periods you can choose from |
Admission Date Range | Manually adjust date range. Will populate off of Time Period, but you can adjust and will drive report logic |
Patient Status | Allows to select either Admitted, Discharged, or All |
Verification Status | Allows to select either Admission Verified, Discharge Verified, or All |
Show Managed Care Only | Check or uncheck to see only Managed Care residents. |
