MC Revenue
The MC Revenue reports provide cost analysis around managed care patient stays by facility throughout their stay. It is a table that provides payer information along with costs and a net value determined by configuration in MCM. Table is exportable to PDF.
MC Revenue xlsx is the same report but exportable to Excel.
Region | Select which regions to include or All |
Facility | Select which facilities to include or All |
Payer (master) | Select “master” payer which includes linked contracts for that insurance |
Time Period | Preset time periods you can choose from OR |
Date Range | Manually adjust date range. Will populate off of Time Period, but you can adjust and will drive report logic |
Costs and Reimbursement Calculations:
Estimated Reimbursement | Sum by payer level or HIPPS rate over the time period |
Medication Cost | Sum of all medications ordered in the time period |
Therapy Cost | Sum of all minutes provided multiplied by therapy minute rate |
Other Expenses | Bed cost over the time period plus any additional patient stay expenses |
Total Cost | Medication Cost + Therapy Cost + Other Expenses |
Estimated Revenue | Estimated Reimbursement - Total Cost |
