User Action Summary
The User Action Summary report provides a table of activity by User and Date looking at specific high-use areas within MCM over a specified period of time.
The table is exportable to Excel.
Region | Select which regions to include or All |
Facility | Select which facilities to include or All |
Time Period | Preset time periods you can choose from OR |
Service Date Range | Manually adjust date range. Will populate off of Time Period, but you can adjust and will drive report logic |
Definitions for columns
Log Update Sent | Checks ‘UpdateSentFlagNew’ activity in the database for user. |
Patient Update Sent | Checks ‘UpdateReadyForSendingFlagBaseNew’ activity in the database for user. |
Authorization | Checks ‘Authorization Save’ activity in the database for user. |
FU Log | Pulls in Follow Up Log information. Checks ‘GetFollowUpForStay’ activity in the database for user. |
FU Log Compl | Pulls in Follow Up Log Complete. Checks ‘UpdateIsCompletedFlag’ activity in the database for user. |
NOMNC | Pulls in NOMNC information. Checks ‘EditSaveNOMNCAndAppeal’ activity in the database for user. |
