Dollars at Risk

The Dollars at Risk reports provide information around potential reimbursement being identified by MCM. These amounts are identified through patient alerts being triggered by MCM during a specified date range and the consideration of reimbursement at current state vs if the alert was resolved.

The regular reports are exportable to PDF and the xlsx version is exportable to Excel.

There are three Dollars at Risk reports:

Dollars At Risk

This report allows for specification of either all alerts within MCM that a calculation is available for or a specific alert. It provides a table with a summed total around patient, payer, and alert data.

Dollars At Risk - High Cost Meds and Exclusions (and xlsx)

These reports only pull order specific alerts around high cost meds and exclusions when All is selected alleviating the need to run multiple reports or clean up the standard report if only medications alerts want to be viewed. This report also allows selection by payer.

Region	Select which regions to include or All
Facility	Select which facilities to include or All
Alert Rule	Select specific Alert Rules to include or All
Time Period	Preset time periods you can choose from OR
Date Range	Manually adjust date range. Will populate off of Time Period, but you can adjust and will drive report logic
Alert Status	Select specific Alert Status to include or All. Defaults to Unresolved.
Status	Allows to select either Admitted, Discharged, or All
Payer (master)	Select “master” payer which includes linked contracts for that insurance
