The Cost For Period report assists with calculating costs over a searched date range by facility. It is a table that provides resident information, cost categories and daily rates. The table is exportable to PDF.

Costs are pulled from various places in MCM
Total Cost | Bed Cost + Orders Cost + Therapy Cost + Other |
Bed Cost | Sum of bed cost over the time period |
Order Cost | Sum of all orders in the time period |
Therapy Cost | Sum of all minutes provided multiplied by therapy minute rate |
Other Cost | Sum of any additional patient stay expenses |
PPD | Patient Per Day - Average of a cost/# of days |
