Contract Summary (Report)

The Contract Summary report provides users with contract details including terms, reimbursement rates, exclusions, and skilled services. Contract Summaries can be filtered by Region, Facility, Payer, and Line of Business. There are two types of contract summaries: level of care reimbursement and percentage based reimbursement.

Level of Care Reimbursement

If the contract is reimbursed at a Level of Care, the Summary will show several tabs across the bottom. The first tab includes basic contract information such as the contract effective date, end date, term details, appeals, claims submission, payment terms, and exclusions.

The other tabs provide level details such as the reimbursement rate and services allowed at that level.

Percentage Reimbursement

If the contract is reimbursed at a percentage of PDPM or Medicaid, the Summary will show one tab at the bottom. This tab includes basic contract information such as the contract effective date, end date, term details, appeals, claims submission, payment terms, and exclusions. This also includes the reimbursement percentage.
