Insurance
The Insurance tile provides information regarding the payer, including line of business, coverage period, and insurance ID. This information pulls over from the EMR. Users may also track available days, deductibles, co-pays, Part B benefits, and the external case manager.

UM Case Manager | External Case Manager handling the resident’s case |

To edit information, select Edit from the ellipsis. Enter any relevant details, and then select Save.


💡 The Insurance Company, Line of Business, and Coverage Start/End Dates determine where each resident falls within the Payer Type Filter of the Admissions page. If the Line of Business is blank or if today’s date falls outside of the coverage period, the resident will not show on the Patient List when filtered to Current Managed Care.
