The Stay Info tile contains various information for the individual stay selected. Some information can be added or edited. Information may feed over from EHR system.
Patient Name | Admitted residents name |
Status | Either Admitted or Discharged (this status is pulled from the EHR) |
Stay Type | Stay types are categorized based on the type of care provided and the resident’s needs. Several options are available in a drop-down list to chose from. Examples:

Tracking Number | Optional tracking number |
Admit Date | Initial date of arrival at facility |
Projected Last Covered Day | Estimated end date of post-acute care for specific stay |
Discharge Date | Residents day of discharge |
Facility | Where the resident is located |
Attending Physician | The physician primarily responsible for the medical care of a resident |
Facility Case Manager | The party assigned primary responsibility for the medical care of a resident |
Bed | Bed number of resident |
History of Present Illness | Past or previous illness of a resident |
Community PCP Name | Name of Primary Care Provider |
Community PCP Phone | Phone of Primary Care Provider |
Pharmacy Name | Name of pharmacy |
Pharmacy Phone | Phone of pharmacy |
