Case Manager Update Schedule

The Case Manager Update Schedule tile allows you to schedule an update or a set of updates onto the Home Calendar for a patient. Current and future scheduled updates previously scheduled will appear here.

The scheduled update occurrences will also appear in the Update Log tile.

First Update Due

Date of the first scheduled occurrence

Frequency (days)

Number of days until the next scheduled occurrence

Add Occurrences

How many occurrences to schedule

Update Log Status

Labeled as “Open”, “In Progress”, or “Completed”

Notes

Additional information to be included to the occurrences

💡 Deleting Occurrences from the Case Manager Update Schedule tile will also remove the updates associated with them in the Update Log tile.
