Therapy Discharge Recommendations
The Therapy Discharge Recommendations tile assists with documentation of residents that need therapy after discharging.
You can start a new document by clicking Add, or if pre-existing, click the ellipsis and select Edit:
Use the checkboxes and free form fields to indicate which recommendations are given for the patient. You have the option to enter your name and date at the end.
